We love hearing from fellow collectors, film nerds, students, and industry folks. Questions are always welcome. That said, a few quick ground rules so everyone’s time is respected, including ours.

We do not provide interior or exterior photos of scripts. If your order arrives and it is materially different than what was advertised, we will absolutely make it right. Otherwise, please do not request photos. Pulling items, opening inventory, scanning or photographing pages, and sending images for curiosity only takes significant time and almost never results in a purchase. We appreciate your understanding.

Please also avoid asking if we have a specific title in stock unless you are prepared to purchase that day. Checking inventory can involve research and physical warehouse access. Doing that work for non-buyers is not fair to our team.

We are always happy to answer straightforward questions about editions, formats, delivery timelines, or general availability. Those emails are welcome.

Lastly, we match your energy. If you reach out politely and respectfully, you will receive the same professionalism and warmth in return. If an email comes in angry, hostile, or bizarre, expect a response in the same tone. Let’s keep this community calm, respectful, and enjoyable for everyone.
